Reservations are highly encouraged to ensure a seat on the OMALiNK shuttles. To guarantee a ride, a reservation must be made. Walk-up passengers are happily accepted, but shuttles may not operate at a particular time if no reservations are scheduled.

Yes, our drivers will assist you anyway they can. Often they will carry your bags to the airline ticket counter, workload permitting. If your driver has gotten you home safely, or gone out of his/her way for you, make sure to thank them...Hint: They like tips!
Yes! The cost of driving to Omaha for a typical week-long trip is often grossly underestimated by the traveler. Fuel ($20), parking for five days at the airport in covered parking ($55), and mileage on your vehicle ($20) adds up quickly to approximately $80-100. OMALiNK WILL DO IT FOR ALMOST HALF THE COST OF DRIVING YOURSELF!

To drive from Lincoln to the Omaha Eppley Airfield takes roughly 3 hours, plus waiting time. Therefore, you have to ask your friend to take 6 hours off from his or her job or free time to drive you up and back...Nobody likes to do that. Assuming your friend has a decent job, in order for him to take you to Omaha and drop you off, and then pick you up a week later, the cost of lost work could be easily over $200! Almost a full work day spent on the road driving, not to mention $20 in fuel and wear and tear on your friend's vehicle!

Yes, for a standard rate you can charter a van to be where you want it, when you want it. For example, a charter van could leave at 4am and pickup everyone in your group or family at their homes and deliver them to the terminal door at Eppley. On your return, the van and driver will be waiting for your group.
OMALiNK usually does not pick up at homes, unless an additional fee is paid when making a reservation. Picking up passengers at home is very complicated and makes it difficult for OMALiNK vans to stay on schedule.
OMALiNK is happy to announce that they can pick up passengers at the front door of any downtown Lincoln business. Also, OMALiNK has agreements with many local businesses to pick up their traveling employees, customers, and associates from the office. Definitely...This is a popular option. A group could take the 5pm shuttle and be dropped off at the Quest Center for a concert, and be picked up at 11pm when the concert is finished. DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE!

Yes, of course. Pick up OMALiNK at a convenient exit along I-80 near your residence and they can take you to a Husker game, a concert, or meeting in Lincoln. Plan a pickup time and OMALiNK will take you home to Omaha later that day or night.
Absolutely. Cancellations made greater than 24 hours from the scheduled departure time receive a full refund. Short notice cancellations (less than 24 hours) receive credit for a future ride. Changes may be made anytime with 24 hours notice. If a short notice change is needed, we will do our best to accommodate you.
When you make a reservation, either on-line or by calling the office at 402-475-LiNK (5465), you have an electronic reservation. No paper is required. If you would like a receipt, please print the Ticket/Receipt page of the on-line reservation process, which is the page after entering credit card information.
