Where do I pick up Omalink in Lincoln?

Omalink can pick you up from a home, office, or hotel address. These arrangements need to be made by 3:00 pm the day before travel to confirm accommodations. Last-minute or emergency arrangements are possible on a case-by-case basis, and we will do our best to service requests.
Where do I pick up Omalink in Omaha?

Your driver will meet you inside at the Eppley Airfield Ground Transportation area (Center of the lower level, across from rental car counters).
Do I have to make a reservation?

Yes, reservations are required in advance and strongly encouraged. Omalink is available by phone 24 hours a day. Online reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance and any door-to-door requests should be reserved by 3:00 pm prior to travel.
Can I cancel my reservation?

We have a cancellation fee of $10.00. Cancellations made within 24 hours get a full refund minus the $10 cancelation fee.
Do you pick up at my home or work?

Omalink can pick you up from any location (home locations as well) in Lincoln, additional fees may apply. These reservations need to be made by 3:00 pm the day before travel to confirm arrangements.
How do I set up a charter?

Call the Omalink office at 402.475.LiNK (5465) to discuss the details of your charter. Omalink is a full-service operation that is capable of both in-state and out-of-state charters.
Do you have corporate rates?

Yes, please have your company’s travel coordinator contact Omalink at 402.475.LiNK (5465) for details on corporate contracts. Omalink offers special corporate rates, group discounts, private charters, and special conference rates. For any of these rates contact us at 402.475.LiNK (5465).
Do I tip the driver?

If you believe the service was safe and courteous, and you received good customer service, please tip the drivers…they really appreciate it.
