Note: to guarantee a ride, a reservation must be made. Walk-up passengers are happily accepted, but at times, vans may not run if no reservations are scheduled. The vans are scheduled to depart every 2 hours on the hour, provided that a reservation has been made 24 hours in advance. There is a $20 cancellation fee if within 24 hours of departure. Stops downtown are also upon request.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations received at least 24 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations received less than 24 hours from ride to 2 hours before scheduled reservation will be credited for a future ride on OMALiNK. Passengers who do not show up or do not give at least 2 hours notice of their change or cancellation will be billed in full.
